Want a more creative life? Here are a few simple ways to add more creativity to your days.

Try something you've always wanted to try but for some reason haven't. Push aside the objections or obstacles and do it anyway.
Do something you do every day in a different way. Always shower? Take a bath instead. Eat the same thing for breakfast every day? Try something completely different.
See things in new ways. Instead of looking at a sunset and thinking, "Oh, that's pretty," ask yourself why you find it that way. Is it the how the colours blend and change, or is it the shapes of the clouds and how the light hits them?
Make something new—cook a new dish, paint a picture, write a letter, sew a pillow cover, arrange some flowers. Working with your hands stimulates your brain for more creative thinking.
